Orders & Payment
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after purchase.
If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed, as we begin processing them immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from our trusted logistics partners and shipped internationally depending on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your region and customs processing time.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free return policy within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
Can I return personalized or engraved items?
Unfortunately, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How do I start a return?
Please contact our support team or use the return portal provided in your order confirmation email.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Product Care
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend:
Storing pieces separately to avoid scratching
Avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals
Cleaning gently with a soft cloth
Warranty
All MONOOC jewelry comes with a 1–2 year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects such as breakage or tarnishing under normal wear conditions.
