MONOOC Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the MONOOC website located at www.monooc.com and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively the “Site”). BY VISITING AND/OR USING THIS SITE IN ANY WAY, SUCH AS BROWSING PRODUCTS OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you do not wish to be bound by these Conditions, do not access or use the Site.

1. Change of Terms

MONOOC may, at its sole discretion, revise or add new terms to these Conditions from time to time without notice to you. Such revisions shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and jewelry designs—is the proprietary property of MONOOC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are authorized to use this material for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use will terminate the license granted herein.

3. Payment and Billing

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated method and authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including taxes and shipping). If payment cannot be verified, your Order may be suspended or canceled.

4. Pricing and Availability

Currency: All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information. If a Product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel the Order.
Inventory: All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to impose quantity limits, reject orders, or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Product Information & Disclaimers

Visual Variations: Due to monitor settings, product colors and sizes may vary slightly from photography.
Industry Standards: In compliance with industry standards, carat total weight may vary 0.05 carats from the stated weight. For gemstone measurements, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed.
No "Comparison Purchasing": To maintain the high quality of our pieces, MONOOC does not allow "comparison purchasing" (buying multiple items with the intent of keeping only one and returning the rest).

6. User Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. MONOOC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MONOOC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Conditions and your use of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without resort to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Conditions shall be settled by binding arbitration in Hong Kong. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) rules. You acknowledge and agree that you are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

10. Termination

MONOOC reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site and to block or prevent future access.
