We offer a 60-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Items can be returned if they are:

Unworn and unused
In original condition
Returned with original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personalization reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

Engraved or personalized jewelry
Gift cards (if applicable)
Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)

If a personalized item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our support team—we will always help resolve it.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or style, please return your original order and place a new one.

Faulty or Damaged Items
